I believe in using games as a mode for effective ethics communication.


I have been involved in the thought of exploring games for ethics communication for corporates and it turned out to be extremely engaging in my attempts. The following are some of the simulations I explored:

  1. Leaders are required to be aware, observe the events, drive decisions, demonstrate behavior and influence stakeholders / peers in enabling/ exhibiting ethics. I have developed games for each of these aspects of Awareness, Observation, Decision making, Behavior and Influence to create an engaging environment of translating ethics to leaders.

  2. Exploring the response of children to ethics violations - an engaging experiment at school for children across age groups.
